Note: Repairs are available only after a FREE gear evaluation. Some low-quality boards may not be fixable.
Our 11-Step Repair Process
We follow a professional, multi-step method to ensure your repair holds:
- Find leaks using soapy water; mark all punctures
- Clean areas with M.E.K. solvent
- Prep surface with 100-grit sandpaper
- Clean again for optimal adhesion
- Cut patch to size for clean coverage
- Apply glue to patch and board, roll out to bond
- Weight patch for 24-hour curing
- Clean excess glue for a smooth finish
- Inflate board to full PSI
- Test again with soapy water
- Keep inflated for 24 hours and recheck pressure
🧼 Final Touch: Clean & Protect
We finish every repair with a full cleaning and application of 303 Marine UV Protectant, keeping your SUP looking sharp and protected from the sun.
