At Float Shack LLC, we understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all paddle board rentals, inflatable kayak rentals, multi-person paddle boards, and Slate River Float Trip bookings in Crested Butte, Colorado. Please review carefully before booking.

72+ Hours Notice – Full Refund

Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund of all paid booking amounts. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Inside 72 Hours – Rebooking or Gift Card Only

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled rental time:

• We allow one (1) rebooking to a new available date and time, OR
• We will issue a Gift Card for the full amount paid

Important Details

• Gift Cards never expire
• Gift Cards are stored in your customer account
• To redeem your Gift Card, you must contact us directly

No Shows & No Call Reservations

All no show or no call reservations will not be refunded or rebooked. Failure to arrive at your scheduled time without notice forfeits your reservation and payment.

Weather & Water Flow Policy

Float Shack operates in a mountain environment where weather and river conditions can vary. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or water flows. In these cases, we allow:

• One (1) reschedule, OR
• A Gift Card in the full amount paid

This policy applies to all bookings, including paddle board rentals, inflatable kayak rentals, and Slate River Float Trips.
