Cancellation Policy
We understand life sometimes changes. Give us 72 hours of notice and we are happy to fully refund the complete reservation.
The Float Shack and its employees strive to do everything within reason to ensure your reservation/ trip is the best ever, but we cannot control Mother Nature or her weather.
The Float Shack does not and will not cancel reservations or offer refunds due to any inclement weather.
We do however, understand your concern for your party’s safety. Therefore, fully paid reservations will be given one opportunity to reschedule for a different time slot (all terms and conditions apply). All rescheduled floats must be reserved on the same day of cancellation in person or by phone only.
